Nu k\u00e4nns det bra igen nu n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjat med min morgonritual.<\/p>\n<p>Nu p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen har jag tr\u00e4nat, det blev samma joggingtur som ig\u00e5r tar ca 22 min att ta sig runt. Sedan beslutade jag mig f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ra styrkan utomhus. Idag blev det ben och mage, 5 \u00f6vningar per muskelgrupp. Det k\u00e4ndes som en klassisk f\u00f6rs\u00e4songstr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r innebandyn med j\u00e4mfota hopp, skridskohopp, utfallssteg enbenshopp och s\u00e5 vidare.
